Soy Vey Teriyaki Chicken

This is a really tasty recipe for broiled chicken that even the girl who burns Top Ramen in microwaves can make. It's good and easy. And the teriyaki sauce comes from a company owned by a Japanese/ Jewish couple, hence Soy Vey. What's not to love?

Ingredients:
1 skinless chicken breast
1 container Soy Vey Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce
1 lemon

Steps:
1. Rub each side of the chicken breast with 1/2 lemon.
2. Brush teriyaki sauce to completely cover both sides of the chicken breast.
3. Refridgerate 3 hours.
4. Broil 12 minutes 1st side.
5. Recoat 2nd side with drippings. Broil 10 minutes

Notes:
In step 1, squeeze out as much of the lemon as possible.
When covering the chicken with the sauce drippings, feel free to add some extra.
