Tip for Baking with Chocolate

If you've ever made anything with chocolate chips or small chunks of chocolate, you've probably noticed that the chocolate tends to sink down to the bottom of the pan. I've found that if you get a cup, pour some flour in it, and then put in the chocolate chips and mix them around, you'll coat them enough to keep them afloat in the batter. You can just pour the extra flour back into the box it came from. Next step...bake me something.
